Appellants were tried by a jury and convicted of first degree murder and assault and battery with felonious intent. They challenge the conviction on three bases. First, they argue that their constitutional rights were violated when police officers stopped their vehicle without probable cause, and that therefore all evidence obtained as the result should have been suppressed.
