In this case Charles Willis appeals from the District Court's decision that his former wife, Elizabeth Willis, was entitled to contribution for interest which she paid on a 1969 loan. Defendant Cleveland Trust, executor for Harvey Firestone (Elizabeth's father), appeals from the court's ruling that it had personal jurisdiction over Cleveland Trust. For the reasons set forth...
