George C. Benson, a former employee of Western Crude Oil, Inc., and Charles Goss, who was part owner of Ball Marketing Enterprise, were indicted on twenty-four separate counts of mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 371.
