Plaintiff's complaint sought a declaratory judgment, an injunction, specific performance and damages arising out of a restaurant venture entered into between plaintiff and certain of the defendants. Defendants Hazen1 appeal from the trial court's decree declaring plaintiff 40% owner of an improved leasehold interest and equipment, including proceeds from any transfer thereof, and liable in the same proportion for debts...
