The plaintiff seller, Superior Wire and Paper Products, sued the defendant buyer, Talcott Tool and Machine, Inc., and the defendant guarantors, George Roy, Alan Roy and Roy Machinery & Sales, Inc., to recover the unpaid purchase price of shipments of steel.
