Before the court is plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1035.
Plaintiffs are part-time police officers employed by defendant, the Borough of Jim Thorpe (Borough). Pursuant to a mandatory police training provision in the Act of June 18, 1974, P.L. 359, sec. 1 et seq., 53 P.S. §740 et seq.
