This case begins in the early 1900's when Elmer and Emza Dilling, husband and wife, moved to Fletcher, Oklahoma. Elmer became the primary stockholder and president of the First National Bank of Fletcher. When Elmer prepared his will, the couple had only one daughter, Jane, to whom he left $50.
