Appellant, Tony Panther, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of Concealing Stolen Property, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in the District Court of Comanche County, in Case No. CRF-80-286, was sentenced to forty (40) years' imprisonment, and he appeals.
