The facts show that appellant, Chief Isbell, was observed in Big Daddy's Casino with Billy Allen on September 16, 1977. The two men engaged in several conversations with the club's bartender, Gerri Lawrence, and purchased $5.00 worth of quarters, stating they would not need that many but would take them anyway.
