Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to ORS 9.200 for failure to pay his assessed contributions to the professional liability fund established pursuant to ORS 9.080.1 Under subsection (3) of ORS 9.200, a member suspended for this reason "shall be reinstated only upon compliance with the rules of the Supreme Court and the rules of procedure and payment of all required fees or contributions."
