Defendant Charles Tackett was convicted of one count of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. Upon a careful review of the record and the briefs of the parties, we conclude that the evidence is sufficient to sustain the convictions on Counts I and II of the indictment. We...
