In this diversity action plaintiff alleges that its agent contracted with an agent of defendant for the shipment of 64 cartons of leather goods, valued at $25,787, from Denver to Bogota, Colombia. Plaintiff further alleges that the goods were either not delivered to its consignee in Bogota or were refused by her, and that defendant then negligently lost the goods.
