WOOD, Judge.
Charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, defendant moved to suppress the marijuana. The trial court denied the motion, ruling that the stop of defendant, the search of his automobile and the search of his suitcase were conducted in conformity with federal law and not in violation of the Fourth Amendment prohibition of an unreasonable search and seizure.
