WOOD, Judge.

Plaintiff, wife, sued defendant, husband, for either legal damages or equitable relief on the basis of dealings between the parties while residing in Virginia. We identify the alleged factual basis for the claims in discussing the various issues. The trial court ruled there was a failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and dismissed plaintiff's amended complaint with prejudice. She appeals. We discuss: 1. the claims...
