OPINION

MOWBRAY, Justice:

A jury convicted James Norman Litteral, the appellant, of (1) robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, (2) battery with the intent to commit robbery, and (3) battery with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to a term of fifteen years for the robbery with an additional fifteen years to run consecutively for the use of a deadly weapon; he was also sentenced to two concurrent ten year terms...
