HARRISON, Justice.

Defendant Revson appeals a jury verdict and judgment of the Missoula County District Court, challenging the trial court's discovery procedures.

Frances Owen filed suit in August 1976 alleging that she had suffered severe allergic reaction to the application of certain Revson cosmetics which are distributed in Montana by defendant Buttrey.
