This is an action brought by Citizens Bank of Clovis, plaintiff-appellant (Bank), as personal representative of Jack Spencer (Spencer) against defendants-appellants Carl Williams and Anna Jean Williams (Williams), asking for a partnership accounting. The trial court held that the land belonged to Williams subject to a lien in favor of Spencer's estate in the amount of one-half the value of the land less payments made by Williams...
