Fibreboard Paper Products Corporation, 493 F.2d 1076 (5th Cir. 1973) this Court provided an extensive analysis of Texas product liability law as it is to be applied in suits brought against manufacturers of asbestos products. Now we are called upon to determine whether Borel can serve as precedential authority for the proposition that all asbestos products are unreasonably dangerous...
