This contract action arose out of a transaction between Michael Yurchak, plaintiff-appellee, and Jack Boiman Construction Company and Jack Boiman, defendants-appellants. On May 7, 1977, the parties entered into a written agreement whereby defendants undertook to waterproof plaintiff's basement.
