This appeal arises from a determination by a bankruptcy judge in the Middle District of Alabama of a legal fee sought by William V. Neville, Jr., an attorney for a trustee in bankruptcy in proceedings before that judge. Neville, contending that the fee was inadequate, appealed to the district court, which affirmed the decision of the bankruptcy judge.
