BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Gladyne Sandland appeals from her conviction for possession of heroin. The sole ground of the appeal is the superior court's refusal to suppress narcotics seized in a search of her apartment. Sandland alleges that the search was improper because the police violated her constitutional right to privacy and the statutory knock-and-announce requirement for serving a warrant.
