Dennis Moore appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri1 upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of distribution of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and conspiracy to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846.
