Appellant Gwinn appeals from the order of the trial court which granted appellee's motion for summary judgment and dismissed appellant's complaint, with prejudice, for his failure to comply with the notice requirements of D.C.Code 1973, § 12-309. The issue presented is whether appellant's minority tolled the statutory period within which he was required to give appellee notice of his claim. We hold that the statutory period was not tolled...
