Appellant was indicted on August 4, 1974, on charges of armed robbery, robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon. D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2901; -3202; -2901, -502; -3204. A motion to suppress evidence was granted in part and the government appealed. However, on January 17, 1975, the government's motion to dismiss its interlocutory appeal was granted and, pursuant to a bargain with the United States Attorney...
