This is another of the several cases that that have brought the Foshee brothers before this court.1 This latest controversy involves attorneys' fees and priorities of creditors.
The background to this case is stated in our opinion in Foshee v. Lloyds, New York,619 F.2d 1104 (5th Cir. 1980). A fire destroyed the Foshees' warehouse in which their peanut crop was stored...
