Ronald Marek, as administrator of the Estate of Beth Marek, brought this Florida Wrongful Death Act suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-2680. Plaintiff alleged that the medical malpractice of the agents, servants, and employees of the United States of America resulted in the wrongful death of Beth Marek.
