OPINION

MANOUKIAN, Justice:

In this appeal we are asked to determine whether or not the trial court erred in consolidating the hearing for a preliminary injunction with the trial on the merits and whether or not there is substantial evidence to support the mandatory injunction. We conclude that no error was committed, that there was substantial evidence to justify the granting of the injunction, and accordingly, we affirm.
