This case is before the Court pursuant to a complaint seeking relief under both the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. A bench trial was held on February 4-5, 1981, at which time evidence was received relating primarily to plaintiffs' allegations that they were wrongfully terminated from their positions as crane operators at the Garden City...
