Plaintiff, a Nebraska corporation, is a relatively small manufacturer of farm implements, with emphasis upon the manufacture of an implement commonly referred to as a tool bar. It is the owner of the two patents in suit, namely, Orthman U. S. Patents numbered 3,774,693, issued November 27, 1973, and 3,941,194, issued March 2, 1976...
