Defendant James M. Albert appeals from a conviction for burglary of a dwelling place, a Class B offense, in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401 (1980).1 He challenges the conviction on several grounds, among them that certain evidence used against him at trial was obtained through an illegal search and seizure, and that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to show that the structure he was charged with burglarizing...
