Plaintiffs filed suit against defendants seeking cancellation of a mineral lease, attorney's fees, and proceeds from oil sales allegedly due them. Defendants reconvened for the amount of its movable equipment allegedly appropriated by plaintiffs or alternatively, for rent of that equipment.
