Plaintiff filed suit in the Cass County Circuit Court seeking damages for an injury which rendered him a quadraplegic. The injury occurred when plaintiff dove from a dock into shallow water at a lodge owned by defendants. He hit his head on the lake floor and damaged his spinal cord.
