The Government appeals from a district court order granting Alvin Broussard's petition for habeas corpus and dismissing all charges against him. The district court entered this order as a sanction against the United States Parole Commission for its tardiness in filing a report of a rehearing granted the prisoner. We hold that we have jurisdiction over the Government's appeal from this order and that the district court acted without authority...
