Homewood Investment Company (Homewood), and Tom Gentry appeal from the judgment entered against them and in favor of Willard Wilt, dba Bill Wilt Electrical Contractor (Wilt), and Tahoe Plumbing Company, Inc. (Tahoe Plumbing). Homewood and Gentry, as Homewood's indemnitor, were ordered to pay Wilt $40,469.28 with interest from the date of the filing of the complaint of materials delivered...
