This appeal arises from the denial of appellant Sheila Kirkland's Trial Rule 60(B)(6) motion to set aside various civil commitment orders entered by the Delaware Circuit Court. Kirkland challenges many of the procedures which led to her involuntary commitment to the Richmond State Hospital in 1977. Although we find several procedural irregularities occurred during the 1977 commitment proceedings, we affirm the trial court's most recent commitment order...
