The plaintiff, Joyce B. Campbell, brought this suit to recover damages for personal injuries she sustained when she fell on February 26, 1979,1 in a driveway parking area located behind a building owned by defendant, Robert B. Deblieux, and rented by defendant, Pam Tidwell. Plaintiff additionally alleged that the City of Natchitoches was also responsible because a ledge located where she fell should have been recognized...
