PRYOR, Associate Judge:

The government appeals from a post-verdict judgment of acquittal granted in favor of appellee vacating a jury finding of guilty of possession of narcotics in violation of D.C. Code 1973, § 33-402. The court's ruling was founded on the premise that the evidence was insufficient to establish appellee's dominion and control over the heroin seized in this case.
