After a jury trial, Donald C. Reynolds was convicted of armed robbery of the Burger King Restaurant in Pekin. This armed robbery occurred on November 21, 1979. The evidence used to accomplish this conviction was obtained from a search of Reynold's apartment pursuant to a search warrant. The basis for the search warrant was an affidavit based on facts totally unrelated to the November...
