This is an appeal by claimant Arthur W. Penny from a judgment of the Workers' Compensation Court and an order denying his petition for rehearing. The hearing examiner found that Penny suffered a permanent partial disability to the whole man of 25% and was entitled to receive benefits under section 39-71-703, MCA, as a result of compensable injuries he suffered while working for the Anaconda Company, the employer and respondent.
