This is a Superior Court civil action in which Loyola Harrington (Loyola) seeks to set aside an assignment and a foreclosure of a real estate mortgage. The defendants are Loyola's husband Clinton (Clinton), John Koszela, Sr. (Koszela), and Westwood Estates, Inc. (Westwood).
