Deborah Duhon (Plaintiff) brought this tort action seeking to recover damages for personal injuries and the destruction of a house purchased by her from defendant, Arlie D. Dugas. Plaintiff alleges that these damages resulted from defendant's negligence. Defendant reconvened and sought to recover damages for personal injuries, property damages and expenses incurred as a result of plaintiff's failure to move the house off of defendant's land at the time...
