These consolidated petitions for review bring to us the reports of two referees who have found Arthur J. Wolfson guilty of misconduct warranting discipline. The first referee found Wolfson guilty of violating Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(4) (engaging in conduct involving dishonesty), 1-102(A)(5) (engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice), 1-102(A)(6) (engaging in any other conduct that adversely reflects on one's fitness...
