This action is the result of an industrial accident at the Leeson Electric Corporation involving a Leeson employee, Cynthia Ladwig. While performing a work-related function, Ms. Ladwig caught her hair in the driveshaft of a conveyor line manufactured by Ermanco, Inc., a subsidiary of Whiting Corporation.
