The employee, Muriel B. Cote, appeals from a pro forma judgment of the Superior Court affirming a decree of the Workers' Compensation Commission granting the employer's petition for review of incapacity. On appeal Cote challenges the Commission's decree on three grounds: first, that there was no competent evidence supporting the Commissioner's finding that her physical condition had improved since the agreement awarding her workers' compensation...
