Plaintiffs in this action seek damages for defendants' alleged violation of both the federal securities laws and common-law principles of fraud and fiduciary duty. Defendants are E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc. ("Hutton"), and five individuals who were employees of Hutton during the period when the events described in plaintiffs' amended complaint allegedly occurred. They move for an order dismissing the amended complaint...
