In these three related cases, the United States charges the defendants with various degrees of involvement in sale and possession for distribution of cocaine which allegedly occurred on October 6, 1980. In case number 80-CR-281, defendants Jon Neet, William Neet, Frank Cuaron and David Van Omen are each charged with two counts of distributing cocaine and one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine...
