Leopold Goudchaud (Plaintiff) brought this tort action to recover damages for personal injuries he suffered while using a sewer auger1 at the residence of William J. Wood (Wood). State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (State Farm), Wood's homeowners liability insurer, was named defendant.
