Richard C. Neel, III, the plaintiff, appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of certain of the defendants in an antitrust action which he filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Neel, a dairy farmer in Newberry County, South Carolina, filed his suit against nine defendants, claiming, among other things, that they had conspired to deprive him of credit and thus force him out of the dairy business...
