Defendant, Carlos Ray McCombs, appeals his conviction of second degree burglary. We affirm.

On October 25, 1979, at 12:15 a. m., two police officers responded to a silent burglar alarm at a Skaggs Drugstore in Aurora, Colorado. The store had closed approximately three hours earlier.
