STATON, Judge.

The State of Indiana filed an action against F. Harold Van Orman, as president of Van Orman Enterprises, Inc., to recover the unpaid balance of the State Gross Retail and Use Tax1 owed by the corporation.2 The court found for the State and against Van Orman. It entered judgment in the amount of $44,186.05 accordingly.
